1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of SipSonar and related services provided by OrbiterAgent. By downloading, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If the service requires an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Limited license
OrbiterAgent grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SipSonar for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules. OrbiterAgent and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
- Interfere with security, availability, or the experience of other users.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Upload content that infringes rights, contains malware, or is otherwise unlawful.
- Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that creates unreasonable load or bypasses access controls.
5. User content and automated output
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant OrbiterAgent the limited rights needed to process that content and operate the service. Features may use automated or artificial-intelligence systems. Their output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently reviewed before you rely on it. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other expert advice.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features, if offered, are billed through the platform or payment provider shown at purchase. Prices, renewal periods, and trial terms are displayed before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the provider's account settings before renewal. Refunds are handled under the applicable provider's rules and law.
7. Third-party services
The service may rely on or link to third-party platforms, data, content, or services. OrbiterAgent does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
8. Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will do so.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” OrbiterAgent disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbiterAgent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months or US $100.
11. Apple-specific terms
If you use the iOS version, this agreement is between you and OrbiterAgent, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for the service or related claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you upon your acceptance.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the updated version at this permanent URL. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to legal@orbiteragent.com.
